Escuela de Música Creativa

As one of the main music centers in Spain, with more than 30 years of experience, the mission of Escuela de Musica Creativa is to offer a musical training based in jazz and modern music. Our pedagogical model has been designed to give the students the necessary tools for reaching their artistic and career goals, through a wide range of styles and creativity.

Escuela de Música Creativa is a certified center to offer professional music degrees in Spain (for electric bass, clarinet, double bass, flute, guitar, electric guitar, piano, saxo, trombone, trumpet, violin and cello) and in 2014 created UFLAMENCO, a professional Higher Education Center, developing an integral way of teaching flamenco music, joining dance, music and flamenco singing.

Nevertheless, Escuela de Música Creativa is much more than an educational center. During the course of these 30 years, the school has been an important meeting point for professionals of the music industry, who in different ways (as teachers, musicians, students, performers, guest speakers…) have been a part of the project. Every year they organice numerous seminars, master classes with international visiting artists, summer courses and music camps, as well as concerts and different kind of shows showcasing the student ensembles all over the country and in radio and TV. Through Música Creativa Foundation (created in 2008) social projects involving music are developed as well.
