Sounds from Spain Resonates Again in Mexico City
The platform Sounds from Spain, dedicated to international promotion of Spanish Music, goes back to Mexico’s capital city with a full two day program of professional meetings and the concerts by Guadalupe Plata, León Benavente, Novedades Carminha, Nueva Vulcano and Pasajero at the Cultural Center of Spain in Mexico.
Seven companies from the Spanish music industry participated 7th and 8th of October in the Professional conference hosted by Sounds from Spain in order to promote Spanish music offer to Mexico’s most relevant and respected professionals. That way Mexico’s professionals get to discover first hand the current situation of the music sector and help export their catalogues.
The conferences included professional meetings, discussion panels with outstanding agents of the Mexican music scene and Spanish companies selected by SFS (Boa, La Castanya, Emerge, Ernie, Esmerarte, Everlasting, Rosazul) in order to share expertise and know how and reach commercial agreements and professional exchange.
For the final act a open doors showcase was offered to the public and media on Thursday 8th starting at 18:30 pm. by 5 emerging Spanish artists with huge projection in the Latin American market like Guadalupe Plata, León Benavente, Novedades Carminha, Nueva Vulcano and Pasajero.
